Creating wallcovering and mural designs for care homes can be quite challenging and yet rewarding at the same time. It is challenging because before you even start thinking about designing there are several things you will need to consider depending on the care home environment, especially if there are residents who have dementia.

There are different colours, tones, shades and contrasts that play a large part in decision-making, as colours trigger different moods and can further address various needs for a person with dementia.
