The Project
Creating this mural was an enjoyable challenge. Some of my best work derives from challenges. It may be i.e. Finding a new way of working, sourcing, scaling, creating fresh ideas, going beyond just designing a mural, etc. It’s exciting!
Meeting the Client
Meeting the client to discuss the brief and visiting the site helped me to visualise and create the bespoke mural. It always helps to visit the site if you can to get a sense of space, what is actually in the room and it’s surroundings. Sometimes, it’s not possible, so a picture will do.
The Brief
The brief was to create a mural design inspired by London’s City banking area. A design to reflect the theme of the restaurant.
One Happy Client
After a few visits and discussions, getting inside my client’s head to make sure that we are on the same wavelength, and finally presenting my client with a few ideas. I’m pleased to say that I have one very happy client who is over-the-moon, and very proud to have this bespoke mural design displayed on his restaurant wall.
I would like to thank my client for giving me the opportunity not to just design the mural, but for giving me the freedom to create something special. A mural that is timeless and a showstopper. I hear that the mural get a lot of great comments. This mural does certainly gives the WOW factor
