I first met Paul Hodges of Hillswood Furniture Group on a previous bar and restaurant project in London, so when he commission me to work on this project, I was delighted to be working with him again.  

 The Development

The Old Barn and Coffee Shop was under redevelopment, and Paul was in charge of planning and redesign. He also provided the new bespoke seatings. I was commissioned to provide fabric for fixed seatings and backs of chairs.

The brief was to provide a fabric design inspired by nature to work with the Old Barn and it's traditional features. Our Kews Leafy Florals design (inspired by Kew Gardens) was chosen.   The colour and pattern design was adjusted to meet the client’s requirement with further tweaks. Once final design and samples were approved we got the green light to go ahead and print the fabric. The design is printed on FR treated Lux Velvet contract fabric

The project looks AMAZING!  It's nice to see the design come alive in its space. Paul did a great job upholstering the chairs and fixed seating. Perfect Job!
