How do I return an item?
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All our products are printed and made-to-order, therefore refunds or exchanges cannot be given by ATADesigns for any product ordered and delivered unless the product is subject to faulty production or damage in transit.
It is very important that when placing your order, you double-check that the correct order is made. ATADesigns cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency. ATADesigns cannot offer refunds by cheque.
Cancellations If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please email annette@atadesigns.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please confirm your name, email, and order number. All credits will be refunded in GBP £ British Pound Sterling.
Product Received Damaged. If your order is subject to faulty production or is damaged in transit, please email annette@atadesigns.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please keep all packaging, labels, and order confirmations. We will contact you to confirm further instructions and organise a replacement as soon as possible.
Faulty Wallpapers and Murals. Please check your order before hanging. You should hang no more than 3 drops before reporting a fault. If a fault is found, please email annette@atadesigns.com immediately. Please follow the hanging instructions supplied. We will replace all faulty wallpapers and murals. We cannot accept returns on non-faulty goods.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period . Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, as all our products are custom-made to order, this right does not apply to personalised or custom goods made to your specification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).
Refunds Once a return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
