🚚 DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free UK & Europe delivery on all mugs. For wallpaper, mural and art print orders, we offer free UK delivery on orders over £65.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product:
- Wallpapers & murals (printed and shipped from the UK) — UK mainland: 1–2 weeks by courier | Overseas (Europe & Rest of World): 3–4 weeks by courier
- Mugs & art prints (print on demand, shipped from various countries) — UK: 7–10 days | International: 2–3 weeks
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to over 200 countries. Please note that overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
The courier will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery. If the package is returned to us due to a missed rearrangement, a re-shipping charge will apply. If your package hasn't arrived when expected, please email annette@atadesigns.com as soon as possible.
🎨 PRODUCTS
Are your products made-to-order?
Yes — all our products are made-to-order. Our wallpapers and murals are designed and produced in the UK. Our mugs and art prints are produced via print on demand and shipped from various countries. We hold very limited stock of some wallpapers due to the bespoke nature of our business. If you need products sooner than standard delivery times, please email annette@atadesigns.com and we'll do our best to help.
Are your wallpapers and fabrics fire rated?
Yes — all our wallpapers and fabrics are FR (Fire Rated), making them suitable for commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects.
Are your wallpapers non-woven?
Yes — our wallpapers are non-woven, making them easier to install and remove without damage.
Do you use eco-friendly materials?
Yes — our production uses eco-friendly inks, and some of our wallpapers are printed on eco-friendly substrates.
Can I order a wallpaper sample?
Yes — we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing wallpaper, as colours can vary depending on your screen. Samples are £3.00 each (A5–A4 size), refundable when your first wallpaper roll order is placed. UK samples are sent free by Royal Mail 1st class. For Europe and Rest of World, a shipping cost applies. Email annette@atadesigns.com to order.
Can you produce products in non-standard colours?
Yes — some products can be made in non-standard colours at the customer's request. Please email annette@atadesigns.com for advice and a quote.
Can colours vary between batches?
Whilst every effort is made to maintain colour consistency, slight variations can occur with digital printing. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible quality standards.
💳 ORDERING & PAYMENT
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on atadesigns.com are in GBP (£ British Pounds Sterling). VAT is not applicable as ATADesigns is not VAT registered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Klarna, and BACS bank transfer. For BACS payments, please email annette@atadesigns.com for instructions.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — our checkout is fully safe and encrypted.
🔄 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if you need to cancel, please email annette@atadesigns.com within 24 hours of placing your order, quoting your name, email and order number. All refunds are issued in GBP.
Can I return my order?
As all our products are printed and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email annette@atadesigns.com within 48 hours of receipt, keeping all packaging, labels and order confirmations. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
What if my wallpaper is faulty?
Please check your wallpaper before hanging — hang no more than 3 drops before reporting a fault. If a fault is found, email annette@atadesigns.com immediately. We will replace all faulty wallpapers and murals.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period?
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, as all our products are custom-made to order, this right does not apply to personalised or custom goods made to your specification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Yes — we work with interior designers, architects, specifiers, hospitality venues, care homes, healthcare spaces and private clients. ATADesigns is an award-winning studio with over 20 years of experience, winners of the Solutions Awards, Northern Design Awards and Design & Architecture Awards.
How can I work with ATADesigns on a project?
There are two ways:
- Choose from our existing collections — all products are made to order in your specified dimensions
- Commission a bespoke design — we design from scratch to your brief, from concept to completion
What do you offer for trade clients?
Expert design consultation, custom wallpapers, murals and fabrics, bespoke pattern design, high-quality print production, samples on request, competitive trade pricing, and UK and international delivery.
How do I make a trade enquiry?
Email annette@atadesigns.com or call +44 (0)7939 105661. We typically respond within 24 hours. Please include your project type and timeline, quantities or wall dimensions, and any design brief or inspiration images.
